Bariatric surgery is a solution for clinical obesity. For a male, that typically equates to being about 100 pound overweight or more. All Bariatric surgery candidates will receive an extensive medical evaluation to determine if bariatric surgery is a safe and appropriate choice. Educational ForumsPatients considering bariatric surgery are encouraged to attend the free educational forums available at the Mount Carmel West Hospital and the Mount Carmel East Hospital.
