Paying for your care.
Mid Ohio Surgical Associates participates in numerous private and government insurance programs. While it is your responsibility to verify the status of your insurance coverage prior to your appointment, our staff will be happy to work with you if your insurance provider places restrictions or requirements on your health care coverage.
Please remember to bring your insurance card and co-pay to each appointment. We will bill your insurance company for you and you will be billed directly for any balance not covered by insurance.
